-To address growing demand of business in service segment, to co-ordinate the Project manager’s activity in the region, to ensure equality, profitability and customer satisfaction from the projects handled.
-Co-ordination of Project engineers activity, project follow-up process, & compliance with AREVA rules
-Size and manage the dept, in term of competency, number of resources and their localisation in the region.
Conduct face to face interviews at least twice a year with each of his direct subordinate.
-KPIs (margin, delivery time, quality,..) on projects
-Forecast of sales and effective on time invoicing. Overdues management
-Conduct at least a project review for each project on a monthly basis. Ensure deliverables( revised EAS, procurement schedule, action plan,..) are issued on-time and followed
-Analysis of orders handed over by commercial dept, and organisation of kick off meetings.
-Feed-back from projects implementation to the other dpts.
-Claim management
-BE / B Tech ( Electrical )
-Commercial - Technical on T&D products
-5 years of experience in Project execution with team managment
-Good understanding of the financial aspects of a project
-English (fluent)
-Process oriented, systematic.
-Managment skills.
-Takes initiative, Good communication skills
