Our client a highly respected within their niche market is seeking experienced 2x customer service parts people that are keen and willing to be part of a well known automotive industry parts business. This is a customer service role requiring candidates who have the ability to take responsibility. Duties include responsibility for servicing existing customers and clients, growing the business, administration, promotion and sales.
Desired attributes are good administrative skills, excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, product knowledge and immaculate personal presentation. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is desirable; however a passion for automotive high performance or the automotive industry would also be advantageous.
You will have a proven history for delivering the best customer service and a passion for automotive parts, have an eye for detail and the "do it right first time" attitude. Of course you are motivated, have a desire to learn, grow and establish your career within a fast paced friendly environment; then this is for you.
