Our client is seeking either experienced or junior customer service persons who are keen and willing to learn the Heavy Transport industry parts business. This is a customer service role requiring a candidate who has the ability to take responsibility. Duties include responsibility for the parts counter, phone, general warehousing, inwards goods etc.
Desired attributes are good administrative skills, excellent customer service skills and immaculate personal presentation. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is desired however, a passion for heavy trucks and the automotive industry would also be advantageous.
